Leonardo Gonzalez
Co-Founder & CTO
Leonardo Gonzalez is a co-founder and the Chief Technology Officer of 3 Bros Transpo LLC. His leadership is rooted in discipline, accountability, and operational excellence—values shaped early in his career through military service.
Leonardo enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 2012, serving as an infantryman and completing a deployment with the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit (15th MEU). He later continued his service in the United States Army, where he deployed in support of Operation Freedom Sentinel in Afghanistan. These experiences reinforced a mission-first mindset, the importance of teamwork under pressure, and the responsibility of leadership in high-stakes environments.
From Military to Technology
Following his military service, Leonardo transitioned into the technology space, earning a degree in Cloud Computing and Programming from Purdue Global University. He built his career in infrastructure, automation, and reliability engineering, eventually becoming a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE).
In his role as an SRE, Leonardo focuses on designing systems that are resilient, secure, and scalable. He brings the same principles learned in the infantry—planning, redundancy, situational awareness, and accountability—into modern cloud environments and operational systems.
Technical Leadership at 3 Bros Transpo
As CTO of 3 Bros Transpo LLC, Leonardo oversees the technical and operational backbone of the company. He focuses on implementing processes and systems that improve reliability, enhance communication, and ensure safe, efficient operations across every load.
More than technology, Leonardo is building with purpose. As a father, he is committed to creating a legacy business that demonstrates hard work, responsibility, and doing things the right way—so the next generation has something solid to build upon.
