Nikki Gonzalez is a co-founder of 3 Bros Transpo LLC and serves as the company's CEO. She is responsible for the day-to-day execution, compliance, and strategic oversight that keep the business running efficiently and within regulatory standards.
With a deep understanding of logistics operations and business controls, Nikki oversees compliance, dispatch, safety, payroll, and back-office operations. Her leadership ensures that drivers are supported, loads are properly managed, and every operational detail—from scheduling to invoicing—is handled with accuracy and accountability.
Operational Leadership & Compliance
Nikki leads the company's compliance and operational strategy, managing critical areas such as Hours-of-Service (HOS)–aware scheduling, safety programs, driver support, and KPI tracking. She also directs load sourcing, rate negotiation, and dispatch operations to balance efficiency, profitability, and service reliability.
Her responsibilities extend to back-office and regulatory functions including invoicing, factoring, fuel programs, IFTA, IRP, HVUT, UCR, franchise tax, and PIR reporting. Through disciplined processes and attention to detail, Nikki ensures 3 Bros Transpo operates with integrity, transparency, and financial stability.
Experience, Education & Purpose
Nikki holds a Doctorate in Information Technology from St. Mary's University and brings over a decade of experience working with Fortune 500 companies, where she led and scaled customer care teams. Her background in technology, leadership, and customer experience enables her to align operational excellence with long-term business strategy.
